I. BASIC VIDEO CAMERA TECHNOLOGY
A practical, hands-on
approach to video camera operation with discussions on the use of visual
language and basics of video technology.
There will be a lecture on
camera movement, exposure, in-camera effects and basic sound recording.
There would be a Canon XL1
for demo and recording exercises with monitors.
The course covers the creative and artistic application of camera work,

Composition (kinds of shots, 180-degree rule, continuity)
